If dropdown is opened during that time if we moved our window by pressing left button on the title bar, the opened dropdown popup still staying in same possition until we leave the press event.

Make _aeroenabled = false in window OnLoaded().
Start application and press Tab.
P.S.: Removing _resizingAdorner fixes it. But you can't resize the window.
